Hopefully Art Walk this Friday won't be so dreary and awful.

Pocatello’s March Art Walk will cap off the week this Friday, but what exactly is there to do? Don’t worry, Art Walk enthusiasts, we have all the good info right here for you.

  • Vivid Concepts Magazine (The Bannock Alternative) 250 S. Main will feature photographer Hilairy Diller.
  • Mind Your Body Wellness 234 S. Main Camille is back with eccentric pieces of
    jewelry, paintings and flip books. Food by Lenna.
  • Cafe’ Rowan Rock and Roll Bento 200 S. Main (Station Square) will feature Bob Beason who will be drawing live portraits.  Wine tasting, live music, art and poetry readings by local beatnik bards.
  • Mind Your Own Beadness 130 S. Main  will present “Beatnik Night”  Everett Goodwin will recite his poetry from his book, “Life Songs.” Artists will raffle eight pieces. Music by Caleb Morrison. Laura Zuber artist. Ashley Delonas clay artist. Mendel’s Pizza.
  • Cynthia Louise Boutique 122 S. Main will host music by Spanish Fire. Century High School ceramics class will be selling bowls to benefit the Food Bank. Gloria McAteer showing her custom design jewelry. Hours extended tonight until10:30 p.m..
  • Gate City Fine Arts Gallery 315 W. Center will feature works by sculptor Kristol Coker.
  • Art Supply of Pocatello 312 W. Center will host sculptor Marilyn Hansen, Digital Artist Craig Worth and Stonehenge photos from Richard Albright.
  • DeckadencE, Board Shoppe for Bored People, 326 W. Center will be hosting local artist BreaAna Williams
  • Larraine’s at The Paris 100 N. Main welcomes regional artists.
  • Myers Anderson Architects 101 N. Main will host two artists. Gabrielle Kane, acrylic paintings on canvas.  Taylor Hansen, acrylic paintings on canvas or panel.
  • Studio 118 N. Main will be showing new jewelry.
  • Gallows Frames and Art 122 N. Main will show artwork of students at Grace Lutheran School.
  • The New Dawn Gallery 123 North Main will open the exhibit “Go Figure !”—paintings, drawings and sculptures of the human form.
  • Sagebrush Steppe Regional Land Trust 123 N. Main, Suite 4, will showcase photos and conservation work of Heidi Albano.
  • Comfort Keepers 123 N. Main will host local artist Karen Solomon.
  • Marilyn Smith Studio 12 123 N. Main will show work by Marilyn Smith.
  • Old Town Mercantile and Antiques 139 N. Main will host Lenny Weaver- Baxter. Food by Cafe Rowan.
  • Castalia Chocolate Imports Boutique Co. 233 N. Main welcomes you to their new shop!
  • Pocatello Neighborhood Housing Services 206 N. Arthur welcomes Pocatello High School student artwork.
  • Mustard Seed Dreams 362 N. Main will host Century High School students with their pottery bowls for The Empty Bowl Project. The proceeds will go to the food bank. Bowls cost $6. Belinda Shull’s crochet hats will also be featured.
  • American Family Insurance 427 N. Main Suite A will be displaying art by Angela Wilhelm and other local artists.
  • Main Street Music 401 N. Main will have live music by local musicians.
  • Pocatello Art Center 444 N. Main hosts a local high school invitational art show where awards will be given.
  • Muse 501 N. Main presents a fashion show at 6:30 p.m. featuring their spring collection. Melissa Nielson will sing and emcee the show. Darren Gonzol will DJ.
  • Pocatello Co-op 515 N. Main will host artist Laurie Reale, who makes exquisite recycled jewelry, origami earrings and amazing up-cycled shopping bags.
  • Enchantments 537 N. Main will host The Cookie Ogar. First cookie free. Susan will show pottery and fused glass.
  • The Shady Lady 655 N. Arthur will be showing Ron Lewis’s new oil painting of The Standrod House.
  • Portneuf Valley Brewing 615 S. First St. will be featuring the photography of Craig Tinkham on display in the dining room, and for the March First Friday Art Walk we will be kicking off live music in the Loft by the blues trio Fred, Johnnie and Sherrod performing from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. with room for dancing as well.
