Pocatello man arrested for inappropriately touching 11-year-old girl

Pocatello Police arrested Ramon Villalba, this guy, of inappropriately touching an 11-year-old girl, with whom he was associated on some level.

Pocatello Police arrested 55-year-old Ramon Villalba for inappropriately touching an 11-year-old girl. Pocatello Police Lt. Paul Manning said he didn’t want to get into the “gory details” simply saying that Villalba touched the girl inappropriately. According to Manning, the man is associated with the girl’s family, although he wouldn’t specify the relationship. Villalba is currently incarcerated at the Bannock County Jail on charges of lewd conduct with a minor.
